CONFERENCE PROGRAM

Lectures

Each invited lecture spans 30 minutes, with 25 minutes dedicated to the presentation and an additional 5 minutes for Q&A.
Contributed talks are 15 minutes, comprising a 12-minute presentation followed by a 3-minute Q&A session.
All lectures will be held at Main Hall at SASA.

Poster Sessions

Presenters are invited to showcase their work on vertical posters with a maximum size of 130cm x 90cm. Poster session will be held at SASA Club. Posters may be placed on the poster boards starting from Tuesday morning until the beginning of the poster session. Participants are encouraged to leave their posters displayed on the poster boards until Friday, when the lunch break and social event will take place at SASA club.

In addition to the main poster session, we have a special feature: a brief 2-minute poster presentation. During this session, presenters will provide a concise overview of their work, captivating the audience and inviting them to visit their poster for further discussion.

Submitting Presentation Slides

For participants interested in the poster presentation session, we kindly request a maximum of 2 presentation slides that effectively summarize your research. These slides will be used during the 2-minute presentation to engage the audience and encourage them to explore your poster in detail. Please submit your presentation slides to sfkm@ipb.ac.rs no later than Sunday, 25th.
